Hong`s Mongolian Buffet in Kennewick

It is okay. A big push to get you seated and on your way out the door. Not cheap, not fancy. You will probably hear pretty constant chopping from the kitchen. That adds to the dining experience. Fairly clean.

The food still has good flavor but not as ordered. It had regular corn and carrots which were not ordered. Also lacking the cabbage and sprouts which were ordered. Prepare for mystery veggies!

I absolutely love Hong's. I have been coming here for yesterday and have never been disappointed. Their selection is great, they work hard to keep the restaurant clean. And they're waitresses are very pleasant. And the cooks seem to enjoy their job..

This was my first time dinning there. The food was excellent and lots to choose from. The price was great and one of the biggest pluses is that you can take what you don't eat there home. Several of these places charge you to take left over home

I love this place. We were new and they were kind to help us figure out how to plate our food. The price was amazing. The soda pops was unique and yummy! Excited to eat here again.

First time trying mongolian food it was a really nice expierence. Definetly going back and some really good customer service. And if ur someone who likes trying new foods totally recomend it.

The noodles seemed off the last time I was there. The server was so sweet I tipped 30% because of how kind she was. She truly went above and beyond for us!

It's best to fill your bowl slightly over the top as the food will shrink as it cooks.It was very interesting to watch the chef cook my meal on the circular hot plate; would've been even more awesome if he used an actual sword instead of a wooden stick.

Whenever I am in Kennewick I make sure to eat here. You make your own bowl of noodles meat and veggies and add your own sauce. They also have a pre made sauce if you don’t know what to do. The staff is very helpful and fun. You can ask for spicy Sauce to be added. I went with three scoops and it was very spicy but I loved it. I would not recommend more than two though. Prices are also really good as well.

While visiting my son in Tri-Cities, we went to Hongs for lunch. I really liked the selection and what I got. I realized that since you select your own fixings that you can eat as healthy as you want. I was easily able to get a lot of fresh vegetables, lean meats, and keep my carbs to a minimum.

It was good and juicy and the workers are very nice

It's a good place for a quick meal at decent prices. The ability to add your own ingredients into the dish allows you to make sure that anything you don't want or are allergic to isn't added. Great for small groups to dine. Due to COVID it is now a great place to get take out for the family.

Not only is the food VERY good, packaged well and large portions but there was nice notes on the packaging so we knew what food was what and notes of appreciation from the restaurant for our order. It was OUR pleasure, Hong's, and we will be ordering again soon!!
